About the Examinations

As the college is affiliated to Bharathidasan university, Tiruchirappalli. It conducts examination based on the examination norms(Choice Based Credit System(CBCS) of the university. Students’ academic performance in each course is assessed by Continuous Internal Assessment and University Examination. Students receive their Mark Statements at the end of every semester and degree certificates from the university after their successful completion of their course.

Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) The college conducts CIA tests per semester in a centralized manner :

• Attendance in all the CIA tests is compulsory.
• The final internal marks are calculated on the basis of the marks secured in the C.I.A. tests and assignments.

University Examination

University examination is conducted at the end of every semester.
